Cedd Moses is the CEO, Founder and inspiration behind Pouring with Heart, a hospitality company that operates several celebrated bars, historic restaurants, and beer halls in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Austin, Texas, and Denver, Colorado including The Varnish; Cole's Originators of the French Dip; Seven Grand Whiskey Bar; The Golden Gopher; Tony's Saloon; Caña Rum Bar; Las Perlas; The Normandie Club; Half Step; Imperial Western and the Arts District Brewing Company. Pouring with Heart’s vision is to build 2030 careers in the bar business by 2030.
Moses was instrumental in bringing national recognition to the craft cocktail culture in LA beginning with dive bar Liquid Kitty in 1996. Upon establishing Pouring with Heart (formerly 213 Hospitality) in 2002, Moses has dedicated his professional pursuits to the revitalization of Downtown Los Angeles and beyond by connecting communities through their brand of spirited hospitality. He has done so by converting empty or underutilized commercial buildings with historical and architectural significance into mixed-use developments featuring residential lofts, creative and office spaces, restaurants, beer halls and cocktail lounges. Due to his contributions in Downtown LA, Moses is widely acknowledged as one of the city’s most impactful developers and has transported that same enthusiasm to other cities including Austin, Denver and San Diego.
Cedd Moses was raised in Venice, California partly by his father, the late famous Abstract Expressionist painter Ed Moses. Initially, Since the late-90s Moses has concentrated on developing hospitality projects, an extension of his ongoing passion for the city’s arts and underground music subculture. He currently is on the board of LASI (Los Angeles Street Car), Historic Core Business Improvement District, The Museum of the American Cocktail, National Food & Beverage Foundation, River LA, American Arts Documentary Foundation, a non-profit he co-founded Spirited Coalition for Change, and a new charity named The Dream Fund that benefits bartenders/bar backs.
Moses’s passion is mentoring and building careers for people in the bar business. Pouring with Heart's leadership team is primarily made up of people that started in bar backing roles with the company. Currently, Moses and his team are developing projects and careers across the country. In his spare time, Moses loves to read, write and experience bars around the world.

Tricia La Belle ventured to Los Angeles from Newtown, Ct well over 30yrs ago. Challenged by the job market in Los Angeles, Tricia developed her own company Perfection Services, which provided services from script proofing to cleaning houses and bookkeeping. Inspired by law, she went back to school in her mid 20's and got a break working for the head of business affairs at ICM, then moved on to boutique celebrity powerhouse law firms for a several years. During this time Tricia took on some side adventures and founded Bar Sinister a world renowned alternative event that has been a Hollywood destination for 22years.
Tricia's passion for people and inspiring each individual to be themselves can be seen in her supportive efforts through Bar Sinister with alternative artists, LGTB community, alternative designers, Suicide Girls and the incredibly creative clientele that flood the doors every Saturday night in Hollywood. Tricia continually supports efforts that fight for Human Rights and causes that break the stereotypical mindset of the LGBT community and the unique creative lifestyles of young men and women finding their way.
Tricia, passionate about Hollywood and the Los Angeles hospitality industry and the health of our communities has been Vice President of the Hollywood Central Neighborhood Council, President of the Los Angeles Hospitality Coalition, now The Greater Los Angeles Hospitality Association and sits on the board to build the incredible Hollywood Central Park that will bridge HUD communities and bring city and neighborhoods together through nature and art in this 40 acre cap park.
Tricia has built incredible relationships with LA leaders and organizations from neighborhood councils, the Los Angeles Police Department to City Council and Mayors office in an effort to improve, educate and bridge our leaders and the hospitality industry in the most branded city in the world ~ Hollywood.
In 1999 Tricia made the choice to leave the world of law and dive into owning her first establishment, Boardner's of Hollywood, a 75year old true Hollywood Drinking institution. Expanding the venue and bringing events such as Blue Mondays, Bar Sinister, Wenezday's Party, Free Thinking, SNATCH, My Castle, Club Moscow, Bounce Rock Skate, BLOOM, Milk Milk, Lemonade, Hot Rabbit, Kick Back LA and countless events with World of Wonder to name a few and an endless list of films and celebrities who have made Boardner's the iconic location it is in the heart of Hollywood.
As a foodie and cook, Tricia's passion grew to open Bon Vivant Market & Cafe in the heart of Atwater Village which has become the village staple and leader in the revitalization of this family fabulous community. Adding to her cache she purchased the oldest bar in Glendale, Dave's on Broadway which captures the history of Glendale back to the art deco era. As passionate as she is about Los Angeles and her insatiable love for bringing back the nostalgia that made this city what it is, Tricia has built companies from the ground up, developed and created hundreds of careers, many of whom remain with her companies decades later as family. In her spare time, Tricia loves to kayak, hike, explore every restaurant far and wide and sip a good Cabernet deck-side of a cabin nestled by a lake or river.
